We have used O'Neil Builders for four separate jobs, three total bathroom renovations and one full construction of an addition (sunroom). They do beautiful work and are excellent communicators. They were also careful to help us stay within our budget. My husband and I felt very fortunate to have found them and would absolutely recommend this company. 5 stars!

O’Neill builders did an excellent job leveling and rebuilding a French door in an area where the house had settled.. This was a very tough job to do correctly. Others were charging a fortune to fix this. O’Neill came in at a reasonable price, and did a job that most contractors would walk away from.

I would recommend O'Neil Builders for any project that you are considering. Big picture is that they are extremely honest, very-well meaning, and hardworking. They have completed five different projects over several years in a way that left us satisfied with the craftsmanship. They provided clear explanations and asked for our opinion in possible solutions. They listened, offered creative ideas, while trying to stay within the budget. The last project was an emergency after a water pipe burst, I wasn't sure where to turn, needed some advice, etc., so I called Mike to get his opinion - within in a couple of hours he stopped by the house took a look at the condition, called me and reported what he found.

O'Neil Builders just completed the fourth and largest project on my home over the last 20 years. The work required design and infrastructure problem solving in a 50 year old home. The company excels in many areas, three crucial to me. Communication is precise, from intial discussion through proposal and invoicing. Timeliness was exactly as offered, with workers on site for full days from start to finish. The quality of the work was excellent. Above all, the O'Neils are smart, honest and delightful to work with. An owner was on site daily to oversee the work. We could not be happier with the outcome.

Mike O'Neil is just and outstanding Builder, whatever the task, he delivers! We use O'Neil Builders for all of our jobs, big or small, from sanding and re-staining our hardwood floors, to fixing a water leak that caused the ceiling in the basement to collapse! He and his team are incredible - they are knowledgeable, hardworking and efficient! They treat our home like it is their own! Even when I think something is old and needs to be replaced, they come up with creative ideas to keep what we have and to make it better! They are the best -- no need to call anyone else, if it involves your home -- just call O'Neil Builders, they got your back and will get it done on time and inexpensive!

O'Neil Builders did an outstanding job creating a custom built mahogany mantle in my home. Mike and the team were professional, prompt and excellent craftspeople. The result is beautiful. We recommend for all carpentry work.
